Don performed a comprehensive inspection of our existing old doors. He refit the older wooden doors with new pulleys and cables; put mis-aligned sections of the wooden doors back into alignment with the hardware; lubricated pulleys and wheels; confirmed proper alignment of the locking mechanism. Don was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and diligent. We may have him do an installation project in the near future. Don's work is high quality, and he is also very transparent and honest. I had been told by another contractor that I needed a new garage door opener, and it was actually still working. Don found a broken wire and fixed it on the spot, which saved me the cost of a new opener. I fully recommend Don for his professionalism, honesty, and for picking up small details that will save money in the long run. I have been meaning to contact you to tell you that we absolutely love our new garage door !!! My husband said that he thought you did a really thorough and careful job and that he appreciated your work very much ! The green looks awesome with our new brick.. all of the neighbors have complimented us ! My sister said that she wants to "copy" us... ha ha ha !
